Being a Jargon PR client is different from working with any other PR agency. You can speak to your account team whenever you want. We never bill anyone by hours or minutes. Each quarter we invite you to a review meeting to talk about your business and how we can help.

All clients have direct line and mobile contact details for their team. The Jargon PR office is staffed beyond normal office hours. We also offer weekend availability to clients if needed.
Every three months, we invite our clients to a strategy meeting to discuss the overall campaign direction and the key messages featured within the media, to make sure this is aligned to business objectives.
We hate ‘hourly billing’. We’ll leave that to competitor agencies. Our clients speak to us as much or as little as they want to, whenever they need to. And we will never charge a single penny more, regardless of how much they want to talk to us.
Many agencies charge and often mark-up travel expenses for client meetings. We believe this is wrong. We will never pass-on the cost of a train, taxi or car journey to any client. We are your agency, it’s our responsibility to get to you.
We publish all of our services and pricing on-line. We don’t believe in setting minimum fee levels. Clients simply choose the services they require as part of a pre-defined package or tailor a campaign to their own needs.
We believe our costs should be our own, not yours. We will never ‘mark-up’ a service we need to buy for you, charge for media monitoring and will never add an ‘office management’ fee like our competitor agencies.
Accurate reporting, ongoing campaign management & measurement against objectives are crucial to every campaign. We factor these into every campaign we run, regardless of duration or budget.
Since we launched in 2008, we’ve been lucky enough to grow through word-of-mouth and positive customer referrals. For each referral we receive, we donate £50 to a charity of your choice to say thank you.
If we do not believe we can do a better job than your current agency, or that we cannot honestly help, we will tell you. We never take on a client unless we honestly believe we can help them.
